These Terms govern use of No Matter What Family Tree. By using the website or submitting information, you agree to these Terms.
Purpose of the service
No Matter What Family Tree helps members document sponsor and sponsee genealogy and related recovery milestones. It is a community genealogy tool and is not operated by, endorsed by, or an official service of Narcotics Anonymous, NA World Services, or any affiliated service body.
Member submissions
You agree to submit information you are authorized to provide and to keep it accurate. Requests may be reviewed, verified, approved, rejected, corrected, archived, or removed to protect members and the integrity of the family tree. Submission does not guarantee publication or inclusion.
Privacy and appropriate use
Do not use the service to harass, identify, exploit, advertise to, or improperly contact members. Do not scrape, copy, republish, sell, or misuse member information. Use of private contact lists is limited to the approved recovery-community purpose for which access was granted. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
SMS terms
No Matter What Family Tree sends low-volume transactional text messages only to recipients who affirmatively opt in. Messages may concern sponsor approvals, member additions, account activity, and requested lists.
- Message frequency varies and is generally fewer than five messages per month.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
- Reply HELP for assistance.
- Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to submit family-tree information or use non-SMS features.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Availability and changes
The service may be changed, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued. We may update these Terms when features or requirements change. Continued use after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
No warranties
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that information is complete, error-free, continuously available, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, No Matter What Family Tree and its administrators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service or reliance on its content.
Termination
Access may be limited or terminated for misuse, security concerns, violation of these Terms, or conduct that threatens members or the service.
